The ladies at the front desk are freaking rude to death
This is the worst hospital ever. Abusive, disrespectful, and they do not care about anyone. Avoid this place.
Deeply disheartened by the lack of humanity in two appointments in the last 6 months. Mammogram/ultrasound techs forgot I was a human being and chatted non stop with each other and due to frustration in getting a good image of benign masses caused me a great deal of pain. When I spoke up, a tech snapped at me “you don’t talk”. On a second visit for an order written by my doctor for a CT scan with and without contrast, the radiologist refused to do “with contrast”. Scheduling an MRI could improve as I was given the wrong info for the location. However, the test and technologists were great. I have claustrophobia and loud noises really unnerve me. My abdominal test was in a short wide machine & I felt very comfortable. Kudos to the team working on Valentines day - they were superb!
Excellent service at Imaging Center today! Arrived 15 mins early for 10:55am and 1:15pm mammo/scan and was done with both at 11:12am. Thank you Kyle, Gina, Natasha!
