It has gotten extremely complicated to schedule a MRI or a CT Scan at Beaumont/Corwell. I'm sure some efficiency expert recommended that an electronic order in your system is the way to do it. I can tell you from a patient perspective it's not. Even though I have a written order in hand I can't make an appointment without it being in your system. I have the option to "upload " my written copy to My Beaumont Chart and wait for a text confirmation to be received in several days and then I can call back and make my appointment.... read more
Emergency room for 4 hrs told we have another 4 before cat scan can come and get him.
I had to get an x-ray of my foot today and the student, Bailey, was very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend getting your x-rays done here.
Well, I was in Area E. And I was also on "Fall Risk". But I am sure the radiology department is the same department. It was a much better experience then the last time I went in for Hip Surgery. it was a little bit of a delay for the Anesthesia department, but the nurses there were so nice and responded quickly. I can't say anything bad about them this time. Eva, Karen, and Jennifer we're my three main nurses and they all did a wonderful job escorting me, and making sure that I was okay.
