Terrible experience wouldn't even look at my 1 year old who fell and busted his lip. Told to go to the er. A busted lip is not an emergency. When I pressed them to just examine him first they refused. I always have a terrible experience with beaumont. Worst of the hospitals in our area.
We’ve taken our son here a great time and each time was great. We were seen quickly each time. The staff were very friendly.
Happy to have pediatric urgent care. PAs are very attentive and NPs. Only reason for 4 star is you cannot reserve your spot in line ahead. It would make it easier on weekends to have as option. Also prefer the PAs. We have visited frequently.
This review is for the Nurse Practitioner Rose. My husband and I came in with our newborn last week for a bilirubin check. My son has Down syndrome and was born at U of M. We had decided that if his bilirubin was elevated we would go to U of M for treatment rather that be admitted to Corewell due to his past medical history. Rose attempted to use coercive and manipulative tactics to shame us into receiving other care. A great service for our little ones to be seen after hours. Very kind, thorough provider. Check in at West entrance registration on the ground floor. After registration they will direct you upstairs to the clinic.
