Call to see how my mom is doing . Gave the operator room number and bed number she put me on hold. 10 minutes call twice. Full of IT!!!
Dr. Ali has been my primary doctor for the last 8 years and I will say I'm VERY picky when it comes to doctors. Dr. Ali is the best doctor anyone could have and wish for. His bedside manner is outstanding, he truly cares about you and will help you in anyway he can. I have never seen a doctor that will go over and beyond the call of duty in his care for me. He treats me like I was his brother. When you find a doctor like Dr. Ali, you hang on to them for dear life. RARE!!! Wonderful Man....can't say enough.
The doctors that work midnights and mornings are rude and I felt tis if they didnt work to my needs and doctor didnt show up for 2 hours.

Will never go to their ED. 2hour wait time. Others in the area are less than 30 min. Not professional. Went to ED for a horrible abdominal pain and was unable to breath. Registered very quick but the waiting game started. There were not a lot of people in ED to start with so we thought that it won't be long. Waited in severe pain for an hour and the were calling one patient every 10-15minutes. Asked then and they said wait is around 2hours which they didn't mention when we registered. I came to the triage to get some tests done and they left me for over 2 1/2 hrs unattended. They have time to talk about their Christmas plans but not to much time to check on their patients. The staff in triage is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. Honestly how hard is it to open the curtain and say hey hows it going and check on the IV solution bag?? Obviously here it's rocket science that nobody has the brains for!!

This place is a joke! They have no idea about what they are doing. If they can't figure out what's wrong with you they will begin cutting on you!
