It is very good nice doctors they sit around and try to talk to us and see how we are doing and bring stuff for me so it is good

My thing is there was two doctors that were gonna help with this pain I have been suffering with for years, the doctors n majority of the nurses were very nice and professional but it's the 3rd floor discharge nurse that really doesn't care how you're feeling. I've been suffering with rectal pain for years n everytime I come close to getting it fixed im put back.I just don't know why they wouldn't just put me in a room and let the doctors fix this horrible pain.yup third floor discharge nurse is the reason I rate it so low. ... read more

I wish I could give them zero stars because that’s what they’ve earned. I have had a couple horrendous ER visits there today was the worst. I was treated poorly by everyone and it was because I refused an IV in triage because the girl that gives the IVs that was there today does a terrible job. I had been told by upstairs not to use her if she was there the next time I came and it just wait till I got back to a room and they would put one in there which is what I did. Family member was here 2-3-26 between 1 and 2am in the emergency room. My cousin took her mother to the ER for chest pains and numbness. I hear VICTORIA was beyond rude. When being asks about procedures, she laughed and ignored the patient. When confronted about her professionalism she was more rude. When asked to leave the patients room due to her poor and rude behavior, she left the room where she could then be heard loudly speaking about the patient, even with the door closed. Trip to the er was a waste of our time, my dr sent us in for a breathing issue and dehydration, no I.v no breathing treatment nothing..flu and covid tested which were negative I told them that because he was tested at our drs same day a few hours earlier..
