Worst ER EVER!! I thought I would give them another chance since the last time I was there was after a hemorrhoid surgery and they let me bleed out all over the floor after waiting 4 hours. I ended up having to get blood transfusions in each arm and then was admitted to intensive care for 2 days. I was assured that the ER Dr would be reviewed and I would be taken care of if I ever had to come back, so I did not file a formal complaint. That was 2 years ago. Staff not very friendly, no bed side man or and all very crabby. Rooms not clean, see pictures of filthy clogged air vents. What happened to this place? In response to the comment back from the hospital to call their customer service on this, how about you just clean your vents?

It is very good nice doctors they sit around and try to talk to us and see how we are doing and bring stuff for me so it is good

My thing is there was two doctors that were gonna help with this pain I have been suffering with for years, the doctors n majority of the nurses were very nice and professional but it's the 3rd floor discharge nurse that really doesn't care how you're feeling. I've been suffering with rectal pain for years n everytime I come close to getting it fixed im put back.I just don't know why they wouldn't just put me in a room and let the doctors fix this horrible pain.yup third floor discharge nurse is the reason I rate it so low. ... read more
