Came here for the vascular Vascular Surgery Clinic at 28100 Grand River Ave. Its bizarre that this parking lot has the most handicap parking spots I've ever seen, literally at least 30 of them, but no cut curb anywhere! It completely defeats the purpose of the accessible parking spots if I have to go down a few hundred feet into the busy main parking lot and risk getting hit by a car then to have another long journey back to the door. I went there for our appointment that was set at 10:30 for today when I got there the young lady told me they booked the appointment for 10:00 AM which was a lie I asked for a supervisor the supervisor came out she wanted to arguing instead of making things right not only that when I asked for a manager so she said she was a manager too so I asked for the director got no help horrible hospital do not book here they will book you online and say that your appointment was at a different time. My husband is a patient at Corwell Health Now! So far I really like this Hospital! He was at Sinai Grace! Please! Never go there! I'm Not just putting that Hospital down, honest! The staff at Sinai Grace are sooo incompetent! They will let you or cause you to DIE! They're lazy & just don't care! There's a few that are ok, but the majority, No-Way!
