The experience in the Emergency room which they acted like nothing was an emergency was really sad my sister was totally ignored even after coming in an ambulance waiting for ever screaming from pain not knowing from what. So eventually after being very upsetting. She had to have emergency surgery.vd Now mind you she has lupus. Could of killed her please can you look into your staff in the emergency room we were there evening of June 3 2026
Dr. Afshari has very little knowledge of people who have disabilities she quick to judge people. She tries to hide behind a medical ethics but refuses to take into account the patient. She doesn’t make an effort to be empathetic or to listen to the patients needs. She rushes to her own judgment about someone before getting to know and understand them. What a joke of a hospital and it is intentional and by design to for this hospital to operate in this fashion. When the hospital before was known for being great and it gets sold to some greedy folks who don’t care about anything it shows up in the work etiquette and demeanor of those employed at this disgraceful institution you call a hospital.
A friend was taken by ambulance after a car accident i went to sit with him!! About 1 and a half hours later they finally took him for xrays. Well 4 and a half hours later -- still to busy to read his xrays!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! He requested his papers and have them send whatever script for pain and HE LEFT. IF I COULD GIVE A BIG FAT 0000 I WOULD.
If I could give a lower star I would. I came in with a friend the triage room we went in had someone else's urine cup full. Then we were sent to the back hall H-57. The room had dirty syringes on the back of the bed and when we told the nurse named Mecca she was so unprofessional and rude. She did not change our room or clean the used syringes up. We sat in the back for hours without ever speaking to a provider. This happened on 5/30/2026 we are still here as of 2:22am and still have yet to speak to a provider.
