Appointment was cancelled, and they only sent out a text. No phone calls. Valet parking is $10 if you're there 10 minutes or all day or if your appointment has been cancelled. No senior discount.
It’s sad but this hospital has change a lot the staff upfront is so disrespectful and rude and unprofessional.
