Since the 2 or 3 times Beaumont has been bought out, sold or merged with some other corps, since the beginning of pandemic, things have gone downhill. No longer using for medical care, but the worst is records and billing. Took 3 yrs to receive physical therapy notes , after signing a release pre shutdown & numerous phone messages left, since no one was answering.
