Corewell is horrendous. After my wife had emergency care, they sent us a bill for what our insurance should have covered. Multiple times back and forth we explained that our insurance was working on it, they have a new billet, please be patient They granted us an extension to mid November AND SENT US TO COLLECTIONS 3 NOVEMBER!!! We will only go back there if we are dying, and will expect them do not abide by their tricare contract and we will have to pay.
Wish the nurses helped out a touch more in taking our newborn at night, but a nice time nonetheless.
