Amazing place! Me and my girlfriend have been living here for 2 years, we are about to sign another year because we love the community, the Beaumont Staff from the in office to the maintenance men are very hospitable. Wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else!

We have been living in this apartment for two years. [Location] This apartment is very conveniently located within a 5-minute distance from the YMCA, Kroger Mart, a gas station, an elementary school, a library, and a middle school. Great apartment complex in a safe area. Close walk to Herrods Hill Park which is really nice. Two pools and a newly renovated gym which are all well maintained. They also host fun events like luau nights and (my favorite) corn hole tournaments. Definitely recommend for people in all stages of life!
