I like living here but the maintenance could be a bit better In my experience they take a while and sometimes don’t fully fix what the issue was But the location is fantastic and despite my one complaint I do like the apartment a lot
I lived at Beaumont Farms Apartments for 9 years - from 04/2017- 04/2026. I hadn't lived in an apartment home for many years and wasn't certain what to expect. I was very happy with my apartment and the management team. Throughout the years I spoke with Kaitlyn- Josh and Cody in the managers office and always felt I was treated with respect and they always took their time to listen and address any questions. I did not end up living here, however, they were extremely helpful with any questions I had before I signed lease. I wish I could’ve lived here, I unexpectedly moved states before I was able to and they were extremely helpful then too. Colby was the biggest help!
