First, I would like to acknowledge the good things about the apartment. It is clean, nice looking, and in a great location. I have not had a chance to use the amenities yet, but from looks alone they seem clean and maintained. The leasing assistant who helped me, Josh, is polite and kept me well-updated on all the issues I am about to describe. Good internet packages, no parking fees, quiet neighbors, seems very safe. I like living here but the maintenance could be a bit better In my experience they take a while and sometimes don’t fully fix what the issue was But the location is fantastic and despite my one complaint I do like the apartment a lot

I lived at Beaumont Farms Apartments for 9 years - from 04/2017- 04/2026. I hadn't lived in an apartment home for many years and wasn't certain what to expect. I was very happy with my apartment and the management team. Throughout the years I spoke with Kaitlyn- Josh and Cody in the managers office and always felt I was treated with respect and they always took their time to listen and address any questions.
