Extremely unprofessional staff and doctors. They’re rude and do not listen to your concerns. Asking for a refill on a prescription takes days, and you’ll have to constantly call until they fulfill the request. Healthcare shouldn’t lack interpersonal communication.
I had a tooth infection, so I made an urgent appointment so I could possibly get an antibiotic. My appointment was scheduled 4 3pm. I woke up late because I have been planning a wedding, and have a newborn, so I had been working all night. But I only live, like three minutes away. So I called up there and told them i'm a little bit late but i'm gonna be there. They said anything after fifteen minutes they had to reschedule. Read the reviews .. and still thought I would give them a chance. Sometimes they are good but when it really counts the office staff is incompetent. Honesty goes a long way. Lies cause distrust.
