I had a tooth infection, so I made an urgent appointment so I could possibly get an antibiotic. My appointment was scheduled 4 3pm. I woke up late because I have been planning a wedding, and have a newborn, so I had been working all night. But I only live, like three minutes away. So I called up there and told them i'm a little bit late but i'm gonna be there. They said anything after fifteen minutes they had to reschedule. If I could leave 0 stars I would. It has been a week and they still have not sent my prescription to the pharmacy after repeated communication attempts made by the pharmacy and myself. The front desk secretary who answers the phone is completely unprofessional. Patient be warned. If you want quality care, do not go here.
Ridiculous paid 30$ to be told to go to the ER because they aren't capable of doing the necessary tests. Freaking insane
Read the reviews .. and still thought I would give them a chance. Sometimes they are good but when it really counts the office staff is incompetent. Honesty goes a long way. Lies cause distrust.
