11-26-25 Doctor spent all of three minutes dismissing my concerns, then lied in the Care Team Notes about allllll the questions she supposedly asked me. What a joke! Appt was 9:30 her notes were done at 9:35. Took her longer to type her notes than she spent with me. Don't bother going here if you want a doctor who actually listens to you. She LIED in the online care notes. WHO DOES THAT!!! Reaching out to patient relations next week to report her. Google won't let me post with zero stars.
They have canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice without notification. I show up on my schedule day and time then I am informed I am on the wrong day. They say they called and left a voicemail for the reschedule I never received.
The doctors office never returns my calls. They say they never received any of my calls for the past 3 days. The after hour operators can’t find the doctors in the system. I called them before closing time to check on my phone call, they were closed, it sent me to after hours doctor, and said my prescriber was not in network. I’ve only had problems when I have tried to call this office for something I need. I would not recommend going here, especially if you need a prescription or anything urgently.
The front desk staff was wonderful. The nurse was wonderful. However, Dr. Maria Olchawa-Begeny's bedside manner was not the best. I understand her being professional but she did not have to speak in the tone she used while talking to me as a patient. She in my opinion was stoic in her tone. That left a bad taste in my mouth.
