The doctors office never returns my calls. They say they never received any of my calls for the past 3 days. The after hour operators can’t find the doctors in the system. I called them before closing time to check on my phone call, they were closed, it sent me to after hours doctor, and said my prescriber was not in network. I’ve only had problems when I have tried to call this office for something I need. I would not recommend going here, especially if you need a prescription or anything urgently.

The front desk staff was wonderful. The nurse was wonderful. However, Dr. Maria Olchawa-Begeny's bedside manner was not the best. I understand her being professional but she did not have to speak in the tone she used while talking to me as a patient. She in my opinion was stoic in her tone. That left a bad taste in my mouth.

I seen Dr Olchawa and Dr Lalonde. Both are nice, personable and were able to help me get on the right track to manage my diabetes. That is about it. I had tried for 28 days to get my CGMs ordered through Binsons. It took 28 days for the correct paperwork to be faxed to them to only be told since it’s now the beginning of the new year and deductibles have rolled over, I would need to pay $1700 out of pocket.
