I would give a zero if I could. I never received a bill from them because my son has Medicaid. There should be no bill. I did however receive a bill from a collection agency!!!! When I try to give them the information for insurance, they will not take it. This place should be sued and shut down from all the other reviews similar to mine. These people have no conscience and I believe they are commiting insurance fraud.
I had to take my son, who was hurting and could barely walk. Wendy, the nurse did a great job on patching up my son. The Dr would not prescribe him any antibiotics or pain medicine. As he was a friendly and very helpful person. Thank you Wendy. 💖💖
Went to Beaumont Emergency Hospital on June 6 with SEVERE stomach and side pains. Had numerous tests done and labs came back that I was dehydrated and had an infection. Other tests came back inconclusive. Dr. Foutz then decided that I needed to be a direct admit to Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital with a possibility of appendicitis. I went in complaining of headache, fever, vomiting. I told the nurse and doctor that I had been exposed to 6 people at a wedding 5 days prior that all tested positive for covid. They did a CatScan and gave me Toradol for the headache, which did not even touch the pain. They did not test me for Covid. They sent me home and said I had a migraine .. after taking my insurance to the cleaners after unnecessary testing.
