Went to facility because I had had covid and my legs and feet were swollen and bruised. I tried to go to the hospital itself but it was not taking patients due to being overwhelmed . So,what does this facility do, it repeats the covid test and all the other labs that were done at Henry Ford Ascension a few days earlier and never looked at my legs. I went home. A few days later I couldn't walk and kept falling was take to the main hospital by ambulance. I had blood clots in my legs and thighs. This was patient negligence. I c... read more

Despite presenting with severe upper abdominal pain and several concerning lab results, I was sent home without a proper diagnosis or treatment plan. The medical staff seemed more focused on their processes than on addressing my persistent symptoms. I left feeling frustrated and in pain, without any resolution or follow-up care.
