Had an appointment as a first time patient. Firstly, was treated like a drug addict. Telling me thst under no circumstances would I ever recieve pain meds. I never asked. Should have been a giant Waited almost 2 months for them to call me the friday before my monday appointment to tell me they arent taking first time patients. Then called back an offered me to come in for my first time patient visit but they will be closing after that so I would have to find a new doctor. Very professional and down to earth.
Ive had problems in the past with finding a doctor that listens. Dr.Koss is a great doctor who does listen. I feel as if the staff care and are very helpful to your needs. The nurse Janice is awesome!
Dr.nine and Amanda are always so pleasant with myself and my husband . Dr . Nine is by far the most compassionate doctor I've had to care for me . Amanda is so kind and compassionate it just amazes me every time I'm in the office . They make such a wonderful team . Thanks for everything you do for my health to try to help !
