It's like this apartment complex doesn't even want tenants. simply booking a tour with them feels like an impossible task. I called them, and they answered a day later. They told me to come at 10:00 a.m. the next day. I showed up and called the number that they told me to call, and nobody responded. They wasted my time. I left a voicemail and an email and I have yet to get a response from them so I am forced to leave this review If you are looking for an apartment in Beaumont do not waste your time.

Stay there for 4 years when you walk in smell like mold. Management is very rude and disrespectful. Nothing and my apartment got fix.roaches are very real. Laundry site been broke since 2017. I would never in my life go back. Only good part is the bus is right across the street

I'm honestly not going to give them any more than this because I've been in the inside of the apartments and it was amazing but you'd think the leasing office would be very helpful and ready to answer your question about trying to get an apartment but it was not at all what I expected. I walked from the workforce and made it there around 11:50am and there was a sign on the door saying they'd open back up at 12pm so I left to get some food and then walked back and waited from 11:58am to 12pm because I knew I'd have to catch t... read more
