The husband and wife physicians are courteous, polite, attentive, and caring. They have been my physicians for several years now, and it is always a direct and efficient visit, but without being rushed. The office staff is courteous and professional. Very efficient practice. Waiting is usually not too drastic. We all know it traditionally is quite substantial when going for an appointment.
Worst doctor whom I have ever seen. He received his MD from the University of LA and it shows. He has no demonstrable medical knowledge himself but carries around a tablet with a glorified version of WebMD on it. If your symptoms do not cause the tablet to spit out an easy answer he openly admits he has no idea what is wrong with you. He also told my spouse and I once that if you want a good doctor, you have to go to Houston because there were no good doctors in Beaumont. This coming from a doctor in Beaumont. I have been to several doctors with an ongoing skin issue. Dr. Nelson has been most helpful with this issue. Dr. Nelson also identified an issue to which I was unaware and referred me to a specialist. The specialist pinpointed and corrected a problem that was potential life threatening and this has turned my life around. I would (and have) recommended Dr. Nelson to all.
