Rude support staff in the back. The nurse assist who first took me back gave me very unclear instructions and then left the room quickly, I opened the door to try to catch her or ask someone else what I was supposed to be doing and I was laughed at by about 6-8 staff members. One finally said "just take your clothes off and put the gown on." I was not left with a gown or thats what i would have done. I wasn't given a gown until an hour later when the doctor came in and realized I wasnt given one. Very unprofessional!
They made me wait till I was 14 weeks pregnant just come in the office and take a pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy. After waiting 40 minutes to be seen the doctor wasn’t respectful of my concerns regarding my pregnancy he focused more on me being a smoker in the past I’m not a smoker anymore but he focused more on that and not my baby. I will not recommend this office for expecting moms
