I have been living at the Beaumont community for 4 years now and I love the home, the location and the surrounding, everything is close by.
I purchased my home from DR Horton Beaumont, Although everything went fairly smooth with purschase, I have a hole in my backyard that needs to be fixed for 3 months now. I put multiple tickets and spoke to a tons of people nothing has been done. Nor sure if legal action is the next step .I'm tired
Beautiful homes next to The Village's able to easily go into the Brownwood Village listen to music, dine, and shop all without the 55 and over restrictions. The clubhouse and pool area are gorgeous, with beautiful palm trees and chairs to sit and sun in the pool. Well-planned community. Serene and resort-like amenities.
