I have been living here for over a year and I love it! Management is great, other residents are friendly, and maintenance is very helpful and timely when needed.
Had a DoorDash but looked bice
Parking for guests is not good.
I have been living here in the Beaumont apartment since 2014 and have been through many managers, Joe and Allison are the new managers here now and are very well versed in all management issues. The apartments are well kept. the maintenance is always fast to fix any issues and the grounds are well kept. Finally, we here have a Management team that is sharp and well focused with the renter's interest in mind. I again would recommend anyone wanting to live on the Moran Prairie/ South gate area to check this place out.
