Trying to take my mum who has dementia and problems here, each time they are at least 40 minutes late. Today tried to call ahead of time to ensure they won't be, and was out on half an hour hold. By the time they answered they seemed annoyed with ME, and couldn't even give me an answer as to if the appointment would be on time.
As a family we have been coming to this practice for around 15 years. Excellent service in every area. Caring, compassionate and professional.
