I have been going to Beaulieu for over a decade now and have always been extremely happy with the service. Just recently my frame broke the day before an important trip; the repair would have taken longer than a day, however Kate was able to find replacement parts that fit and fixed my glasses within an hour. Very grateful for the exceptional service and I highly recommend Beaulieu!
I purchased a set of frames/lenses in January 2025. The team helped me choose the best options for my prescription and indicated I could order a 2nd set of lenses should the 1st ones not be 100% perfect. I ended doing that and the 2nd set still needed some tweaking. I approached Kate and asked about my options. She went out of her way to work with the lenses manufacturer and arranged for me to get a 3rd set. They worked!! I would not recommend Dr Pavlovic for an eye.examination The worst eye exam experience I have ever had .Not a very good health care provider.
Everyone who wears corrective lenses has to visit these stores from time to time. Endlessly refreshing to find stores NOT owned by a certain Milan based conglomerate ;) popped in for a look, really friendly staff and nice selection. Once my benefits at work kick in , I'll certainly be giving them my business.
