THIS use to be AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE for my wife and I. We are a long term and reliable renters for the last three years, we treat the rental like we own it and treat it very good, everything as Beaufort Rentals was great never really need to use the Rental Management side for anything. Three days ago on the middle of a severe heat wave our AC went out and was classified as an “emergency”because the outside temperature averages well above 85 degrees. They were very prompt at getting an expert repair man to fix the air conditioner!
Honestly, I was more than disappointed as I started the self guided to open the dog door. Two large cockroaches were laying on the floor, one alive, one dead. I walked up the stairs, and there were cockroaches everywhere the place was filthy.
Horrible money hungry organization and not military friendly. Do not recommend. Moved in to property with the request for dirty carpets to be cleaned. They NEVER addressed the request. Fast forward to move out date, they expect you to get carpets professionally cleaned when you didn’t get that same courtesy. They want you to change “dim” light bulbs upon move out and they never fully address any tenant needs. Worst rental company in Beaufort, and they have the monopoly at this time.
