Horrible money hungry organization. Do not recommend. Moved in to property with the request for dirty carpets to be cleaned. They NEVER addressed the request. Fast forward to move out date, they expect you to get carpets professionally cleaned when you didn’t get that same courtesy. They want you to change “dim” light bulbs upon move out and they never fully address any tenant needs. Worst rental company in Beaufort, and they have the monopoly at this time. This is why they feel they can treat people this way.
Very nice folks to deal with. Very attentive. Margaret Sanders Is a sweetheart and gets whatever you need done. I do appreciate it.

Absolute nightmare of a company to rent from. All the positive reviews are from people that are just getting into properties because they ask new tenants to leave positive reviews as soon as possible, I say this because they asked me the same when I signed a lease. The reviews that have actual experience renting or dealing with this company say otherwise and those are the reviews people should be paying attention to.
