Very poor experience. As a seller, I would never recommend this guy.
There are not many options for housing and rental companies in Beaufort, but I’d strongly advise anyone considering using Beaufort Realty to find another rental property company. This company is notorious for failing to maintain homes and taking advantage of tenants, often putting them in dangerous living situations. This was my experience.
