I drove all the way from Bluffton to see some “jobs” this company has for us I went to Beaufort to check out 2 houses so I could give this person an estimate after I did that I went back to Bluffton I was making the estimate I asked him some questions and he never responded so please if yall are not going to get services from contractors do not call us cause we are busy people , this man make me waste money and time his name is Kevin Pretince he seems serious but he’s not at least send a text saying that you don’t need help ... read more

Don't do it
So I have not moved into our home as of yet however I can say when all others just didn't want to take the time to help Kevin really put himself out there to find us something that worked for us .Both he and his fellow agent John really made this kind of easy.Once he did his magic and found us a house it was easy like Sunday morning. Do yourself a favor start your search here and it will save time and a ton of frustration.Thanks for all your help Kevin and John
My fiancé and I were supposed to view a home today. We had a 3:00 appointment with Kevin Prentice. I took off work early and drove 40 minutes to the location. We waited 30 minutes and he never showed up or answered our phone call. Very frustrated he cost me time and money.
