I highly recommend Beaufort Property Management. I had asked a friend if she could recommend someone who could manage my rental property. She gave me BPM's name as a company she had been doing business with for a couple of years and was quite satisfied with their service. I rented a property from Kevin prentice the owner at Beaufort property management on Ladys island. The Adress being 280 Johnson landing road. At first he seemed a little rude mannered but overall professional and about 7 months into the lease the property’s septic tank was found to be cracked and illegally installed causing it to leak and pool raw sewage in the yard. I drove all the way from Bluffton to see some “jobs” this company has for us I went to Beaufort to check out 2 houses so I could give this person an estimate after I did that I went back to Bluffton I was making the estimate I asked him some questions and he never responded so please if yall are not going to get services from contractors do not call us cause we are busy people , this man make me waste money and time his name is Kevin Pretince he seems serious but he’s not at least send a text saying that you don’t need help ... read more
