Very immature, unprofessional behavior by the staff!! Only one receptionist managed to act normally, but all the rest were as mentioned above!! It's just so frustrating and difficult finding a local high quality doctor's office. And it's not just me, I've heard complaints from people about various medical professionals in the area!! They're also hard to reach by phone 📱 and one is compelled to use badly designed portals to communicate with the doctors!! NP Hallie Riddle is amazing. I finally found the right doctor after a long battle with a previous out of town office. She takes her time, listens and understands, and is patient. She listened to my needs and struggles, which were pretty long. She did not make me feel rushed and she did not rush to judgment. This is the first time I had to cut an appointment short because I had to get back to work because she wanted to be involved and thorough. Hello, Good afternoon I really appreciate the staff here at Sea Island Psychiatric! Dr. Walmer is very attentive, listens and is very concerned about my mental wellbeing! The staff is ALWAYS great, I highly recommend for anybody needing a psychiatrist! A1 across the board!!
I just had my doctors appointment at Sea Island psychiatry and everybody was so nice and caring. It was such a positive experience and atmosphere. The Front Desk lady was very kind and considerate as well as the nurse who told me that if I needed anything to just call her. Just knowing that I can reach out whenever I have an emergency helps my anxiety so much, so I really appreciated that.
