My father needed an MRI. During the call for an appointment it was communicated to them that he has a pacemaker. They needed to ensure a nurse could be present during the MRI, so they called us back a few days later with an appointment time of 4 pm on December 30; we never want late day appointments, but we were told this was what was available. When we arrived we were told there were no nurses available to participate with the MRI because it was so late in the day. (Again, we did not request this time; they gave it to us.) ... read more

At 2:15 today, December 11th, 2025, I was scheduled for a 2:15 CT Scan and was requested to arrive at 2:00. We arrived at 1:50 and was informed that I had not completed the "pre-registration" paperwork that was never sent to me. Time for that infamous "kiosk" we all love. I recently had to have a very early Mammogram at the Imaging Center in Okatie and was feeling incredibly nervous. That is until I met Elizabeth O. the incredible human who did my mammogram. She was so kind and caring and I just want everyone to know how awesome she is.
