The sign at the lobby says the women’s cares is on the second floor, I looked and looked couldn’t find it. I called the office to let them know I couldn’t find the office, The lady told me that the office was now on the third floor. All that made me seven minutes late and the doctor would not see me because I was seven minutes late, and they have a 5 min policy… which wasn’t disclosed in prior paperwork. I didn't realize the building was so big and that you had to travel to the third floor for the OBGYN services. After figuring out where they were located in the building and at which window to check in (there are 5 on the third floor). I walk in 6 minutes late to check in. The girl at the desk says the Dr. has a 5 minute late window and they will not see me today. I bet it took about 1 minute to talk to the lady downstairs to figure out which floor they were on.
