Our PA, Peyton, was compassionate, knowledgeable, and personable. Unfortunately, all of our other interactions before and after our visit with her were cold, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The staff at the front desk was quite rude, and we walked in with smiles and kind words. When we asked if we were in the right place (fist time here) rather than asking who or what we were looking for, without looking up, she just said, “I don’t know.
