Goodness,where to start.... the nurse who did the triage was loud, and apparently didn't think chest pain and difficulty breathing was an emergency. pulse ox reading of 83%!!(normal is 95-100%!!)We sat over 4 hours in the walk-in waiting room with only giving him oxygen and never re-evaluating him! Then while waiting she took a portable lap top on wheels and was going to the new walkin patients, asking them personal medical history to include"are you taking or on any illegal drugs" wow just wow! this is not wroth your time until you already and have money to pay the bill
I spent 110 days as a patient Most of the RN's were great The support staff ie.the cleaning crews and the kitchen were outstanding. During my stay I was attended by 4 or 5 MD's. I liked some then others but all seemed competent.
Do not recommend. The doctors came in once or twice, nurses stopped by to ask if we needed anything but not to do check-ups, provide any care or offer any comfort. The place was dirty, multiple angry patients yelling in the halls, the wait was extremely long and for zero communication. We went there because someone suggested it. Do some research first. Family member stayed overnight and the next day they told us they couldn’t find them. Traumatizing experience.
Do not send your loved ones here. They are impossible to work with. They told my husband incorrect information before running his tests causing him to get false negatives and needing to start all over with a more competent doctor. They screwed up the way they billed, telling him he owed them over $1000 when he is active duty military and threatened to send him to collections while we went in circles for months. Then they told him he was responsible for getting a referral for every test they ran and it wasn't their problem. T... read more
I have no insurance and they have admitted me twice and given me excellent care. I have nothing but praise for the physicians and the nursing staff, all staff included. Everyone treated me very well. I praise God for this hospital. It is truly filled with angels.
