I (and my husband) are receiving daily texts to schedule an appointment! We no longer have a doctor at this location... and the message does NOT mention the doctor's name who we need to make an appointment! We have all appointments we currently need!!! As of April 2, 2025, they are not accepting new patients. This is what I was told when I called.
I have been using beaufort memorial medical group for almost 2 years and almost every single time have an issue. They don't have enough doctors so they schedule appointments months out. They have a 15 minute late policy so even if you are there in the 15 minute window, they won't take you. They code visits wrong everytime so insurance won't cover your visit. I find it strange that medical disabilities are an inconvenience for a medical provider. if it has anything to do with your hearing and Kimberly Bean, Jaime A. Guerrier are involved. You should turn around and run. It is impossible to get an appointment within 30 days. As you can see in their reply, in order to get help directly, I have to call. When hearing is the issue. Strange that they took down their reply after I said that.
Unprofessional service from him and his staff. He provide excuses for their constant lack of professionalism with his patients that cost myself out of pocket expenses because of their failure to cross the T's and dot the I's! As a veteran, he does not have the experience you need. He will refer you to everyone for what ever you need. Problem is you have to constantly correct their information with your insurance company because of improper filing of paperwork. Overall, poor service!
