I took my child for chest pain and a cough on Monday. Pamela Moore stated her lungs were clear and to wait it out. Tuesday night my child was in the ER with so much fluid in her lungs. They said it could have kill her if I had continued to wait. This is unacceptable.
My mother really likes her primary Dr. Corcoran, however, she had a terrible experience with NP Jacobs. My mother was waiting in the exam room for an hour, she was in pain and was treated with no empathy or care. She left without being seen and will not return there.
I was pleased with the service I received from both facilities - especially during the time that I needed them most. Dr Durant was able to see me in a timely manner and gave me pertinent information. I also appreciate Brent Libby over at Hardeeville medical center for doing a thorough job. Thestaff were very pleasant too . I would recommend them!
