Very bad customer service
Waited just about 2 hours for my appointment and when I complained I was told I was being rude - how's that for being rude? I had had a stye for a month of treatment with no improvement. After that 2 hour wait Dr K scheduled me for an operation that did not go well, that is when she recommended me to another doctor at another practice, if only she had done that before butchering my eye. Why have an appointment? You will have to wait an unacceptable amount of time to be seen. 2 visits and each required a wait time in excess of an hour. When new glasses were made, lens installed for the left eye was completely wrong prescription. Had to return for another appointment to correct and once was made to wait. Will not use this place ever again
