Fixed the issues with my laptop and made sure to let me know how things were progressing, regularly. Very generous in terms of price and didn't adjust it when an unforseen issue cropped up. Will absolutely be a repeat customer if I can't fix it myself!
I am not sure why Nathan has such good reviews. It seems that he might be deleting lots of them. I would give him 0 stars if I could. My husband’s computer got damaged by a spilled mixed drink. Nathan initially estimated it would take 48 hours to fix. Over the course of the next 5 days, Nathan gave me the runaround, blew every timeline that he gave me, and at one point even ghosted me for 40 hours. I do only good reviews and I look for the reviews that are the best in any place and when I read them I look to see if maybe A.I. or family members posted them, so I can tell you that the reviews here are legit. I called today, Sunday, and explained how I was at Grayco and needed a small capacitor that they didn’t have. He told me to send pictures of it and he would look into it for me.
