Shopping for laptop repair
Nathan, is to my knowledge, as good as they get when it comes to knowledge of computers. Today, he was a unable to come to my home to get my equipment up and running. What he did do was send me a list of numerous other repair shops. What was really great is that he also told me what to look for when troubleshooting. He was fast responding with his messages and he gave me clear instructions on how to fix my touchpad on my laptop! It works again!!
I spoke with Nate asking help on a new build I had hit a roadblock on. He said he could help me over the phone, and I was apprehensive at first, but he was able to diagnosis and fix the issue quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend him for any computer needs, and he’ll be the first one I call when issues arise.
Honest, quick responding and very thorough individual. Was great to work with, answer any questions I had and was able to solve my no display problem with my computer in a jiffy. Luckily the problem wasn’t to bad parts were in stock local. Same day fix!
