Poor communicators and do not know how to deliver to rural properties. They do not contact the receiver of flowers prior to delivery (others do!), they charge a large sum ($27?) for delivery that's only a 16 minute drive away from their store and they do not send a confirmation email on order being placed or on when delivery takes place. So you're left in the dark. Then they also give customers attitude when you question them on not meeting standard expectations. I do not recommend
From start to finish, using Beaudesert Country Florist was an absolute breeze. The ordering process was simple, the service was friendly, and the flowers delivered were stunning—beautifully arranged and even better than expected. Highly recommend!
We have ordered many arrangements from Beaudesert Country Florist and have found them to be the best florist in the Scenic Rim area. Staff are lovely to deal with, and the arrangements are always beautiful. Delivery is prompt and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will continue to get our flowers from them.
