From her warm greeting which immediately put me at ease, to her thorough and gentle attention to every detail, you know that you are in good hands. I have long lashes and heavy hooded eyelids. The last couple of times I have come in, the eyebrow tech, cia, has been late. My first time with her, she was 12 minute late. My 2nd appt with her, she was 17 min late. I brought this up to the front desk and she kept brushing it off by saying “shes with a client.” She did not apologize for the delay nor did she go to the back to see what was taking cia so long.
