I have only been here twice (for a lash lift and tint) but both times I have been met with amazing service and even nicer staff. Everyone is on top of their stuff and there is always a friendly face greeting you at the door. The feeling around the salon is like a family and I recommend this place to everyone I know. Even my mom has gone here and she loves it!!
My first visit here was unfortunately nothing like I expected. I arrived for my 5PM appointment and wasn’t seen until 5:15, with no explanation for the delay. I was scheduled for a lash lift, and once I was brought back, I wasn’t asked about my curl preference—something I’ve always been offered elsewhere with S/M/L options depending on the look I want. I had a lash lift and tint with Olivia. She is a master technician and you can surely tell. From her warm greeting which immediately put me at ease, to her thorough and gentle attention to every detail, you know that you are in good hands. I have long lashes and heavy hooded eyelids. The lash lift service reshapes the curve of my lashes so they come out and up, and don't get caught under my lid and curve into a circle.
