I had the chance to order lunch from the new location today and I was impressed. I use to crave there food when I first moved to Houston, because it really did capture the true Louisiana flavor that I love so much. So after 4 years something made me order from their new and improved location. Of course all businesses go throw growing pains as they find there way, but wow has this company grown. I can't believe the audacity of the owners of this restaurant... I was looking forward to working for this establishment if you can even call it that, when I was slapped with a rude awakening. I was employed at the Richmond location upon starting everything seemed OK beyond the fact that the Grand Opening was lacking, menu was not fully put together, the liquor license was not approved, and none of the entertainment systems were set up I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. I used to go to the OST location on a regular basis as I lived near the medical center but they closed down out of the blue. I found out they also had his location on Richmond so I decided to check it out. Absolutely the worst dining experience ever. Service, food, cleanliness is insanely horrible. I won't be back to put it mildly.
