They offer a free consultation and then bill you anyway. They call to confirm 4 times for one appointment to the point where it's harassment. I replied to their text with a 'C' and still get "reconfirmation call." They are money hungry more than most dentists are. I'm not racist at all but they have a language barrier issue. Nobody speaks clear English. Rude staff tries to talk you into paying upfront for everything because they don't like dealing with insurance companies.
Dr. Yunior is amazing kind, professional, and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Annette did a beautiful job with my daughter’s orthodontic treatment, and the results are incredible. We couldn’t be happier with her new smile! The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend this wonderful practice! 😊💕
They always take their time to show me my xray and explain what they recommend as treatment but I also am able to wait without feeling pressured to spend tons of money
