WoW... what to say? Nice location, however the property needs a lot of work. The majority of units are condemned. On the bright side. The place, to my understanding, has recently changed owners. Renovations forth coming. With the right management team and ATTITUDE. I believe there's plenty of potential.
Did a drive by...Beautiful location....but eeesh, the buildings need MAJOR help. Almost a ghost town. There are alot of vacant apartments.

We use to clean up for these people and molly was very sweet to us , some days she was nice and some days not so nice, we overlooked that because we knew the owner was probably breathing down her neck about every little thing .. some of the complexes we cleaned up were similar to these, michaelson group managed all of them.
