Dirty parking lots. Many bags of trash sitting outside dumpsters.
THIS PLACE IS A SLUM. The place is unsafe and unhealthy. Drug dealers and users all over the place. I have literally watched people buy drugs in broad daylight there. Gangs are starting to move in as well. You can't walk to the mailbox without feeling uneasy. Police won't respond to non emergency calls. Garbage is picked up whenever, sometimes 5 in the morning, sometimes 7 at night, sometimes twice on the same day and then no more for a week. As someone who currently live here management is horrible lacks the empathy to do her job right, blackmold on vents, and plenty of issues and don't have the decency to lower rent but can for other tenants nor fix the issues
