Same as experience as below. They are clearly out of business. Why on earth they would continue to pay for an answering service is beyond me. Don't waste your time with them.
Can I give negative stars? This used to be an excellent company. Eight years ago they installed a new Boiler - fair price, great product, quality workmanship. They were responsive to any questions, we were very happy with their work. Now 8 years later we have an issue with the condenser dripping; not end of the world, and not complicated, bit needs service. I’ve called this business 3-4 times in the last 2 weeks. Each time they take my information and what the problem is with my furnace, every time they tell me “we will call you back to set up an appointment”. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a call back. I’m not a new customer, I have paid all my bills in the past. At this point I basically have no choice but to call someone else or otherwise I apparently will be waiting an unknown amount of time.
We have been customers for several years with no issues. Now for the past two months we can’t get a hold of them. We left messages, emails etc and the answering service always says “they will get back to you tomorrow, I promise”. Tomorrow never came. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.
How do you call me back on Thursday and set up an appointment with me for Monday 6th afternoon and not only does nobody show up but nobody calls an let's you know. This furnace was purchased by a 75 year old lady around a year ago and it's the 2nd time it has broken down. Taken advantage of the elderly is bad business.$4,000.00 is a lot of money
