I’ve lived at Beaucatcher Flats 12 days. Not a good experience. First the fire alarm goes off at 3am. Everyone has to get out of bed and stand in the rain for half an hour. That would be fine if there was a fire. No fire, maintenance issues. Then my apartment flooded. I was told the apartment, appliances, etc. were completely checked out before I moved in. The property Manager, Paris, really distinguishes Beaucatcher from other apartment complexes- she is kind, reasonable, and just great at her job! In our 15 months at Beaucatcher everything was extremely well maintained. Any question or concern would be answered by Paris within a day. Great wooded location while still close to downtown. Tradeoffs to consider before moving in are: thin walls, frequent sirens from hospital, and no area to technically let dogs off leash.

This is a fantastic place to live. The experience is truly elevated by the property manager, Paris. Thanks to her proactive efforts, we even had access to potable water during the storm (Helene), which is just one example of how she goes above and beyond. Living here has been great. It’s quiet, clean, and has everything you could want in an apartment complex. Thank you, Paris!!! You are the best!
