I couldn’t thank Paris (property manager) enough for making mine and my daughter’s first apartment experience here in the US very easy, comfortable and no hassle at all. Thank you for addressing all our questions and concerns all the 5 years we stayed here. You’re doing an incredible job here at Beaucatcher flats and we will always remember how you have helped us during typhoon Helene. I was going to give them a five star review- because I love living here. A staff member was switched and he harassed me by stalking me, and sexually harassed me to the point I lived in fear for the one month he was transferred. When I asked management for help they neglected to follow their own harassment policy and asked me not to put things in writing. I've had an apartment in this building for 4 years. It started out really well, and over the course of my living here, things even continue to improve. It's always been well maintained. Case in point: I let management know that a piece of equipment in the gym was broken. Two days later I got an email thanking me for letting them know and informing me that the part was ordered and repair would happen as soon as it arrived. I've rented in other places before--that's not usually the way things work!

I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and Michael this really kind helpful dude helped me get it asap and not just that, he really guided me through all the steps of getting one cause it’s my first time and have zero idea how to apply and how payments works so he took all his time helping me and really appreciated the work he did on the premises!

The building itself is pretty nice, but it's the noisiest building I've ever lived in. I can hear my neighbor's TV, them talking at normal volume, I can hear them doing dishes, everyone slams doors, there are many dogs, I live on the top floor and still hear people walking.. My walls shake multiple times a day from stomping and door slamming. There's also constant construction during the day and on weekends currently.
