The building itself is pretty nice, but it's the noisiest building I've ever lived in. I can hear my neighbor's TV, them talking at normal volume, I can hear them doing dishes, everyone slams doors, there are many dogs, I live on the top floor and still hear people walking.. My walls shake multiple times a day from stomping and door slamming. It's just not a solid building and the noise transfer is horrible. I love living at Beaucatcher Flats! I have been a resident here since they opened in 2017 and have loved every minute of it. Conveniently located right at the edge of downtown Asheville, it has the perfect view from my balcony to look at the sunset or see the downtown action. The pool is open year round, they host holiday events for the tenants, pet friendly, the maintenance team is extremely responsive and it is kept up very well, both inside the building and the outside grounds. It gets worse and worse. The price increases for nothing of or anyone of value. Your best for my needs. No more mo less.
