I couldn’t thank Paris (property manager) enough for making mine and my daughter’s first apartment experience here in the US very easy, comfortable and no hassle at all. I've had an apartment in this building for 4 years. It started out really well, and over the course of my living here, things even continue to improve. It's always been well maintained. Case in point: I let management know that a piece of equipment in the gym was broken. Two days later I got an email thanking me for letting them know and informing me that the part was ordered and repair would happen as soon as it arrived. I've rented in other places before--that's not usually the way things work!
