This is my second time going, and my second time having a problem, therefore my last. The first time I went, they wouldn't honor the price on the gift card so I was forced to pay the difference... Even though in the state of Connecticut that does not expire, by law....Then, today, not only was it a very short experience, there was also a massage for every single other person in there but me and my daughter. My go-to nail salon for the last 15+ years. They always do such a phenomenal job, very clean establishment, and the massages are amazing!
great experience with amazing staffs. loved my manicure and pedicure.
Absolutely the worst mani/pedi experience. Toe nails cut to point of pain. Cuticles on hand severely bruised one requires bandaid. Every nail completely different length and shape. Technician very sullen and unskilled. Manager cold and rude. I hoped for a feel good experience and left frustrated I paid for such terrible treatment. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
