They rush when doing your toes and nails. They only care about the customers not walking out because its only three of them working. My nails have dents in them, and they shake while doing your hands and feet because they are rushing. The "they" are the two ladies, and both of them shake. I cheated on my nail tech and didn't get my monies worth. I will never go back. The polish on my nails is ugly, and the application of the acrylic is terrible. I will not be returning.

Horrible experience. My mother and I waited for an hour to get a pedicure, while we waited another lady walked in and they decided to skip my mom and I just because she was one person and we were two. I'm very disappointed in this salon and the poor customer service they offered. I wasted my time just for me to be skipped.

Horrible, bad attitude, disregard for repeat customers, ghetto hood and hurt you while doing your hands and get an attitude if you saying something, I will be on YouTube and purchasing the full kit from Amazon. We patronize their businesses, make them rich and still get no respect. I learned my lesson never again. I will be treated with respect, where I spend my money!!
