From our first meeting with Katie over a year before our wedding, she was incredibly supportive and enthusiastic about our creative ideas for the menu. My wife and I could not have asked for a better caterer to work with for our wedding. Carmack has been an absolute pleasure to work with the past few months and was so professional and helpful in planning the catering for our wedding. The food we had on our wedding day was phenomenal. All of our guests were so happy and satisfied with the meals and service. Everyone from Beau did such a fantastic job during our reception and we are so thankful to have worked with such a good team. We were so impressed by Beau’s catering and the hard work they put into our wedding! Carmack and Chef Katie were organized, thoughtful, and responsive. They took every detail seriously, and the food they prepared was outstanding! To perfectly cook grouper for 50+ people is no small feat, and the grouper was delicious! As was the short rib and butternut squash ravioli. The catering staff at our wedding was friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Beau’s! Thank you for a wonderful evening!
