Beau Catering provided the food at our wedding reception and I’m so thankful we selected them for our event!! Instead of a sit-down meal, we did several heavy hors d’oeuvres and mini desserts. We hardly ever leave reviews but Beau Catering’s Thanksgiving pickup was just fantastic. I was very skeptical of a re-heated, previously cooked turkey but I was proven quite wrong. The turkey was perfectly browned all over and the re-heating method was perfect and easy. It was one of the top turkeys we’ve ever had. The green beans were great as were the mashed potatoes. We're so happy we chose Beau for our wedding catering! Beau and his team are so amazing to work with. They were flexible and helpful, and truly made the planning process so seamless.
