Do not hire Beau for a GAL. Beau did not follow any evidence in his case with me and legally helped my ex wife in taking my children that were in my care. He is a biased attorney on all levels. All I had was false accusations coming at me and I proved over and over again to the courts that I was innocent and Beau still chose to take the side of false accusations and never even looked at the facts. Terrible experience. Important documents were sent to the wrong address, which significantly delayed the entire process. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Excellent attorney and all-round good guy! Highly recommended!!!
Beau was very knowledgeable and professional. From the get go, he explained the process and made sure to answer any questions or address any concerns that I had. We initially talked on the phone, I retained him and the majority of the communication/paperwork was handled through emails, which made things more convenient for me. He made my first (and hopefully last) experience needing a lawyer, pretty pain free. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
