Ben and his crew are amazing! They're honest, upfront, and offer some of the best customer service around. Their prices are more than fair—you really can't beat them. Ben replaced the A/C in our car, and not only is it working perfectly, but his price was night and day compared to everyone else we checked with. Me and my boyfriend had our car picked up by ben. I have used him along time. But in the last couple of years I have noticed the change of quality in Ben. He put a motor in our car paid 3,000.00 dollars and only have a warranty on the motor until August. Plus he really couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then we got the car back no signals and he acted like he didnt care. So we had to call nissan about the signals. The car still isnt running right plus he had it almost 4 months. HORRIBLE MECHANIC! He jerked me and my husband around for a weeks about fixing my van. We were referred to him by our dealership, my engine light was on and the computer was saying oxygen sensor. I called him and told him what I needed and he didn’t even let me finish before he said to put cat clean in it. I told him it was making a noise and he just kept saying cat clean so we put it in, waited a few days, obviously it didn’t fix it so my husband called back.
