I've had three separate experiences across the Beatty Harris, physician --> PT lifecycle. All have been excellent, and the teamwork between the doctors and therapists is notably different (and better) than PT experiences I've had at other facilities (i.e., separate doctor and PT practice). Once you enter PT, the therapists are genuinely invested in getting you back to activity, and it wasn't uncommon to receive an email check in off hours just to see how I was progressing in my home program. Although everyone was nice and tried, I am very disappointed. I was misdiagnosed, which can happen. Most frustrated by having called and specifically asked if the doctor treated a certain condition, told yes. In the beginning of the appointment the doctor said she never diagnosed or treated what I thought I had. Was going to get PT at the facility and asked if the physical therapist treated the condition and again told they did, which they acknowledged they didn’t when arrived. Dr Harris took the time to listen to me. He addressed all of my concerns. I felt cared for. The office staff are very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend!
