I contracted Beattie Home Improvements in good faith and paid a substantial deposit on February 26, 2025. As of June 27, 2025, only about 10% of the agreed-upon work has been completed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have received no refund or accountability leaving me no choice but to begin filing a claim in small claims court to recover the unused portion of my deposit.
