Beatriz has helped us sell two houses recently. We had worked with many other Realtor's over the years, none have ever been as dedicated and thorough. The presentation regarding the marketing materials are "a cut above" others in the industry. Additionally when we needed anything or a referral for a skilled professional, she was always helpful. Our experience with agents selling your house is that they mostly rely on the house selling itself. Our experience with Bea was completely different! I truly cannot sing Beatriz’s praises enough!! We were fortunate enough to work with her earlier this year and it was a fantastic experience. Beatriz is an excellent professional who went above and beyond her Real State Agent’s role to ensure we were constantly updated and involved. Additionally, Beatriz helped us sell the house while we were overseas. She helped us get the house ready, from setting up some maintenance/repair work and decorating it for the open house. All and all, Beatriz and her team did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend her to anyone, specially those selling their houses remotely. Great Job!!!!!
