We’ve bought and sold quite a few homes over the years and Beatriz was far and away the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. Her knowledge of the buying process as well as the current real estate market was both comprehensive and nuanced to our specific interests and priorities. Her communication style was clear, timely and insightful. We greatly appreciated the personalized care and support Beatriz provided, which helped ease what can be such a stressful experience. We recommend Beatriz Manchado without reservation!

Our experience with agents selling your house is that they mostly rely on the house selling itself. Our experience with Bea was completely different! She worked tirelessly to actually sell and actively market our house. She was truly outstanding in all aspects of making the entire process successful. Bea brought in a house stager and helped us put the best aspects of our house at the front of buyer’s minds. She was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable and experienced about the entire process. She works well with oth... read more

Beatriz has helped us sell two houses recently. We had worked with many other Realtor's over the years, none have ever been as dedicated and thorough. The presentation regarding the marketing materials are "a cut above" others in the industry. Additionally when we needed anything or a referral for a skilled professional, she was always helpful. The people that she recommended were superior. We would encourage anyone who is looking for an excellent Realtor to include Beatriz in that search. She's the best!

Beatrice made the whole process clear and easy. She gave me exact directions to follow to make sure the house was ready for sale. She took care of all the little details that I would ve never thought of. If you want the best agent call Beatrice She cares and loves what she does and makes you feel good. I can’t recommend her enough!

I truly cannot sing Beatriz’s praises enough!! We were fortunate enough to work with her earlier this year and it was a fantastic experience. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful (especially in this market) and Beatriz really went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed the process. She is highly communicative, proactive, and was extremely knowledgeable about our preferred market area (and beyond). We loved working with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You will not be dis... read more
