Dr. Klade has performed surgeries on myself, my mother, and my daughter. She is professional and personable. Every doctor, nurse, and tech speaks very highly of her skills and personality. She is one of few surgeons who will remember her patients and acknowledge them outside of the office or hospital,
I just had surgery today with Dr. Klade. This is my fourth lumpectomy and my first with her. She was my second opinion and NO REGRETS! Yes, she has been late for most of my appointments, but I now come prepared because she is worth it. She was not late for the surgery, so if lateness is the price I pay for excellence, so be it. I have NEVER felt this good after a medical procedure and have complete clarity and NO pain meds here at the end of the day. Thank you so much!
I've waited nearly an hour to see the doctor - with no communication from the support staff about any potential delays. There is a reason why appointments are scheduled, as the patients have their own daily responsibilities. I understand emergencies happen, there are instances for delays, but waiting for an hour w/ no explanation, nor an attempt to reschedule says that the practice (including the doctor) has no regard for patient's time. Unacceptable.
She listens to everything, makes sure you have no other questions.....and she's very cool!
